Pen Lymeng (also known as Lymeng Pen) is a Cambodian tech entrepreneur, Venture Architect, and Tech Diplomat Scholar based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is the Founder & CEO of Dojology Group, operating across Cambodia, ASEAN, Singapore, USA, Australia, France, and the European Union.
Dojology Group is composed of three integrated companies: Dojology Tech & Ventures (started 2025, active), Dojology Capital (target 2030), and Dojology International Bank (target 2035). The group is built on a Tech-for-Equity model, acting as the technical execution engine for global and local startups.
